What is Keystone and how does it work?

Keystone is a technical support line for heat pump installers, on WhatsApp and phone. You create a job with the address, unit model and install docs. Your installers message or call, and get answers specific to that job, as text, annotated photos, diagrams or short video. Everything's logged against the job.

Which heat pump models are covered?

All major air source models sold in the UK, including Vaillant, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Samsung, Grant, NIBE and Worcester. Fitting something less common? Upload the MI to the job and Keystone works from that.

Does it work for engineers new to heat pumps?

Yes, it's one of the main reasons Keystone exists. It covers every stage from survey to handover, including commissioning and the customer demo: the parts plumbing or electrical experience doesn't prepare you for.

How does the audit trail work for MCS?

Every query, answer, photo and resolution is timestamped against the job and the installer. Export a job's full record for MCS, warranty claims or contract reviews. No extra forms at the end of the day.

Is my job data private to my company?

Yes. Your jobs, documents and SOPs are only visible to your company's account. They're never shared with other installers or manufacturers.

How does per-seat pricing work?

A seat is one installer with access to the Keystone WhatsApp and phone line. Each plan has a minimum number of seats, and you can add more at the same per-seat rate.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

At the end of the trial you're billed for the plan you chose. Cancel before it ends and you won't pay anything.
